For expand our business and service of Kwok Shing Decoration Works, KWOK SHING CONTRUCTION LTD. Was established in July 1997. In order to provide a higher quality and multi-functional engineering service. Kwok Shing Construction Limited had successfully applied from the Hong Kong Buildings Department as a Registered General Building Contractor. We provide comprehensive professional service including consulting, building, structural engineering, interior design, project design and specialized in whole contract projects, and supervision of building projects. And, our experienced and professional personnel can provide the mentioned service both in Hong Kong and China mainland.

Besides, our projects undertaken also include residential buildings, commercial premises, industrial buildings, hotels, banks and government offices. Kwok Shing is also active in overseas projects, particularly in the construction of hotels and commercial development.

Our staff are familiar in the current international development of construction and costing. For our professionals can prepare initial studies and design, we can maintain design idea’s integrity throughout the development of projects.

Our company provides interior and art design either in the whole of building decoration or small project which have been fully satisfied by our clients.

In addition, Kwok Shing Construction Ltd. has been appointed in August 1998 as the distributor in “ PYRAN S” fire resistance glass, at the same time, we have authorized for design and installation works by the agent in Hong Kong.

由於業務擴展國盛裝飾工程於1997年7月成立具圓規模的設計建築工程公司 – 國盛建築工程有限公司。我們本著為顧客提供高質素及多元化之工程需要, 本公司在1999年12月成功申請為香港屋宇署之政府註冊一般建築承建商。而本公司專業人員遍及香港及中國各地, 能提供多方面的專業服務, 包括工程顧問、建築工程, 結構工程, 室內設計及美術設計等, 並能提供多方面及相應服務工程, 對於香港及中國的投標合約處理工程及監管, 本公司具有豐富經驗。
